* Medical massage is used for no fault insurance and you will need to have the okay from no fault insurance for accepting massage therapy AND you will need a script from your doctor with a diagnosis, how many times a week and duration of massage. If the claim is not covered and is rejected by NO fault for whatever reason the patient is responsible for payment. No exceptions
